Material uncertainty over going concern
It was agreed by the trustees and DFE/ESFA on 29th February 2024 that the Academy Trust funding agreement with the DfE was terminated with planned closure of the school on 31 August 2024 and therefore ceasing to operate. The trustees planned for an orderly close down of the trust with planned settlement of creditors and collection of debtors and transfer of residual cash balances to the DFE. The Trust will subsequently be dissolved.
