“As at year end the Company has net current assets of £503k (2024: £916k net current liabilities), net assets of £6,109k (2024: £5,759k) and no external borrowings or debt covenants. The Company has a profit for the year of £350k (2024: £71k loss). Detailed cash flow forecasts have been prepared for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have considered the use of the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements as at 31 March 2025 and, having taken into account a severe but plausible adverse scenario which assumes a further 15% reduction in net income the Directors are satisfied that they can continue to adopt the going concern basis of preparing the Report and financial statements.”
