“The Trustees have considered the financial status of MIST and have concluded that there is a reasonable expectation that MIST remains a going concern. Based on the consolidated budgets and cash flow forecasts for the year ahead, and considering the revolving credit facility from HSBC secured against school properties, the Trustees are of the view that MIST's financial commitments can be appropriately accommodated, and that MIST will continue to meet bank covenant requirements going forward.”

The provision of education ended at Moorlands School at the end of the 2025 summer term. The process of closure will run through the period from September to December 2025, and the site will be disposed of in due course.”
