  After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy has adequate resources to continue operational existence in the foreseeable future; however as the trade and assets of the trust is expected to transfer to The Laetare Catholic Multi Academy Trust (company number 15731145), with the charitable company wound up, the company itself is not a going concern. At the current time all known future expenditure has been taken into account. For these reasons the trustees have adopted a basis other than going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.
