“In determining if the company is a going concern, the Directors have reviewed the forecast for the period to 30 September 2026. Given the nature of the company, the Directors have determined that the company is reliant on parent company. The L3 Harris group has considerable financial resources together with long-term contracts with several customers and suppliers and therefore in the event of the loss or suspension of one of its main contracts the company would look to seek support from the group. The Company has obtained a support letter from L3Harris Technologies Inc, the ultimate parent company, which provides assurances that support will be provided as required, to allow the Company to meet its liabilities as they fall due until at least 30 September 2026. Management have assessed the ability of the parent to provide support and thus the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
