“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the trustees' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “A significant moment in the Trust's journey this year was the transition in executive leadership. The Board of Trustees appointed Nicole McCartney as Chief Executive Officer (and Accounting Officer), succeeding Marc Jordan, our founding CEO.”
• “This year also presented a significant challenge following a major flood at Weavers Academy that left a sixteen-classroom block unusable. We currently have temporary classrooms in place to accommodate 450 pupils each day and minimise disruption to learning, while the building's future remains under review with the Department for Education.”
