“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The directors have prepared detailed cash flow forecasts covering a period 24 months following the balance sheet date, which indicate that the group and company will have sufficient funds to meet its liabilities as they fall due. These forecasts have been flexed to take various potential adverse market conditions into account, including reduced selling prices and cost inflation higher than initial assumptions.”
