“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis which the Directors consider to be appropriate. The Company is part of the Intra Group Treasury Agreement, with Arkema France. Arkema France has confirmed that the Company has available funding of £25,000,000 through this group facility and as at 31 March 2026 the Company has a negative cashpool balance of £651,000. Arkema France has confirmed that this funding level will be available for a period until 31 December 2027.”
