We draw attention to Note 1 to the financial statements which explains that the governors intend to transfer the operations, assets and liabilities of the academy trust on 1 September 2025 to The Laetare Catholic Multi Academy Trust (company number: 15731145). Following the transfer, it is the intention of the governors to dissolve the charitable company, and therefore do not consider it to be appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
