  Material uncertainty over going concern

  We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Academy had a negative reserves position of £38,096, following an in year revenue deficit of £159,621 during the year ended 31 August 2025. Note 1.2 also indicates that it is the Trustees' current intention for the Academy to join a Multi Academy Trust, subject to successful due diligence and consultation with stakeholders. The expectation is that, if this were to go ahead, it could be effective during 2025/26. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Academy's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter.
