- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The directors are satisfied that the company will have adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the original financial statements were authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “Financial Viability - A cash flow shortage may result in insufficient funds to cover payroll and/or other operating expenses.”
- “Legislation Changes - Changes to legislation could impact how we operate as a business. Hoople relies on the Teckal Status of 80% to operate our procurement with shareholders”
- “Reputational Damage A large data breach, negative Ofsted inspection, negative CQC inspection, an accident at work causing serious or fatal injury, could result in revocation of operational licences, fines or prosecution, creating reputational damage which the organisation may struggle to recover from.”
- “Cyber Attack - A cyber-attack could disrupt both the operations of Hoople and its ICT customers. Data may be compromised if a malicious web link is clicked, or globalised threats linked to Advanced Persistent Threat (APT), political or military operations.”
- “Competition - If we fail to grow the organisation keeping abreast of technological advances and offerings of our competitors we may fail deliver best value to existing customers, and fail to attract new business.”
- “Shareholder Engagement - A lack of shareholder engagement or significant reduction in services bought under the SLA's could impact the financial resilience of Hoople.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
