  It is expected within the next 12 months, from the date of the balance sheet, the operations of Northern Ambition Academies Trust will be transferred to Castleford Multi Academy Trust. All assets and liabilities will be transferred over upon completion of the transfer and the trusts' activities will cease. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern, however no material adjustments are required as a result of ceasing to apply the going concern basis.
