“After making appropriate enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future. For this reason, it has adopted the going concern basis to prepare these Financial Statements.”

- “During 2023 Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) was identified at King Ethelbert School with several teaching areas having to be vacated by staff and students for health and safety reasons. The areas affected by RAAC remain out of bounds and the school continues to use two phases of temporary classrooms to deliver all areas of the curriculum with minimal disruption.”
