“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors believe to be appropriate for the following reasons. The company has net current assets and generated a profit in the year. Notwithstanding this the company has obtained a letter of financial support from its ultimate parent company S Hotels and Resorts Public Company Limited for the period to the end of the going concern assessment period on 31 October 2026. In addition, the directors have prepared cash flow forecasts for the UK Group headed by FS Senior Co Limited, covering the going concern period to 31 October 2026.”
