  Material uncertainty over going concern

  During the financial year ended 30 June 2025, the decision was made to cease the Company's principal activity being the management of the social enterprise Brigade Bar + Kitchen and private dining facilities ('the Brigade') and the associated activities. The Brigade restaurant formally closed at the end of December 2024. Consequently, the Company will continue to gradually wind down its operations. The financial statements have therefore been prepared on a basis other than going concern, reflecting the winding down of the Company's activities.
