“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The principal activity of the company is to hold intangible assets in the group headed by Treasury Wine Estates Limited, the ultimate parent company. The company's cash flows are therefore dependent on the continuation, volume, and pricing of those operations. The company meets its day to day working capital requirements from operational cash flows and trading balances with the group headed by Treasury Wine Estates Limited. The director has performed a going concern assessment which indicates that the company will be able to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements, the going concern period. Consequently, the director is confident that the company will have sufficient funds to continue to meet its liabilities as they fall due for at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and therefore have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “A capital reduction took place in September 2025 the purpose of which was to facilitate the payment of a dividend of $16.4 million to its parent company. As this relates to conditions that arose after 30 June 2025, it is treated as a non-adjusting event under IAS 10.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
