“After making appropriate enquiries, the Board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Academy Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future provided the current additional schools grants continue at the current level. In making these enquiries, the trustees have considered a range of possible risks including ones that would have the highest potential financial impact. The Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
