“At 31 December 2024, the company had net current assets of £12.2M (2023: £11.5M) including cash on hand of £11.5M (2022: £12.3M). The profit after tax for 2024 is £61K (2023: £45K). The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through ongoing operations. After making inquiries and considering the company's forecasts and projections, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. As a result, the directors believe it appropriate to prepare the financial statements of the company on a going concern basis.”
