- “Post year end, on 28th October 2025, 4most (Europe) Ltd acquired VB Risk Advisory B.V. (VB), a Netherlands-based risk consultancy. The addition of VB will accelerate the growth of 4most's existing Netherlands business, bringing together a team of 24 econometricians highly skilled in quantitative risk and financial modelling, a respected training and development programme, and trusted client relationships. The company acquired 100% of the issued share capital of VB for a consideration of approximately £4.3m. The consideration was satisfied by a combination of cash, deferred consideration and the issuance of 1,280,000 B4 preference shares and 20,000 B4 ordinary shares. As the transaction occurred after the reporting date, it has not been reflected in the figures for these financial statements.”
