- Going concern
- Affirmed
“After making appropriate enquiries, the trustees have a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. For this reason, they continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “OFSTED visited Hadleigh Junior School in March 2025 and it was very pleasing that the school improvement work undertaken has showed great progress with an overall Good judgement with Behaviour and Attitudes and Personal Development areas both being judged as Outstanding.”
- “In March 2024, SEEAT was approached by the Regional Directors office to support Cornelius Vermuyden School (CVS), following its Inadequate OFSTED rating the previous November. SEEAT managed to put together a local collaboration of trusts (with Zenith, Basildon Academies and London Reconnect) to provide support to the school in conjunction with the Essex local authority.”
- “The SEEAT communities and the SEEAT Institute continue to go from strength to strength streamlining activities with a focus on the areas where the most impact has been demonstrated. The collaboration between the schools in the trust continues to grow with "SEEArt" providing the opportunity for pupils to showcase their artistic skills in large external venue for guests, pupils and their families.”
- “Also new for 2024-25 academic year, pupils shared projects with each other and their parents at a Science Fair - SEEAT Stem. Visitors from the Salvation Army's Hadleigh Farm, Colchester Zoo, USP, Aerospace and Animal Aid also joined us to share what they do with those in attendance.”
- “The trust also managed to make significant improvements to the premises at many of the schools in the trust. These benefitted not only the pupils and staff but also the local community with the completion of a full sized 3G pitch at The Deanes (funded by the Football Foundation) officially opening in September 2025 and getting the swimming pool at Heycroft Primary School back into full operation.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
