- Audit opinion
- Unqualified (clean)
- Going concern
- Affirmed
“The Trustees note that without a substantial uplift in sector funding, further cost cutting initiatives will be required in the 2025/26 year to best position the Trust for the future. However, the auditor concluded that no material uncertainties casting doubt on the ability to continue as a going concern were identified for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the 2024/25 financial year, we saw the successful completion of the fire safety refurbishment at QPHS and the safeguarding work at Belgrave that saw the installation of new perimeter fencing and electronic door access.”
- “The Trust has made significant new investment into our IT infrastructure. This has seen new servers installed and a rationalisation of existing servers through a merger programme. New Trust wide wi-fi network will enable greater collaboration of resources and improved efficiencies will be gained through a new single 365 tenancy.”
- “The Trust failed in its bid for the opening of a new free school under the LA driven presumptive free school process despite being shortlisted for final interviews. The feedback proved very frustrating, with the lack of opening a new primary school, being the reason given.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
