“Following the contractually agreed sale of the Company to Eurofins Forensics Lux Holding SARL, which is expected to complete on 30 September 2025, the activities of this Company will no longer be controlled by SYNLAB group. However, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future.”
