- “In April 2025, the Voltalia Group approved the closure of the Equipment, Trading and Distribution ("ETD") business line. This decision followed a strategic reassessment of the Company's activities and reflected the reduced viability of ETD operations within the evolving UK market. All ETD activities were wound down in an orderly manner during 2025. Subsequent to the closure of ETD, Voltalia Group launched its organisational restructuring initiative, Project Spring, with implementation commencing later in 2025.”
