“After making appropriate enquiries, the board of Trustees has a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. This is despite the post year-end transfer of Oakbank School which has reduced the number of schools operated by the trust to 15. For this reason, it continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
