Going concern
Affirmed

“The directors have prepared a detailed cash flow forecast covering the period through to September 2026 and, based on this, expect the company to maintain adequate cash reserves throughout the going concern assessment period. This forecast assumes stable trading conditions, no significant reduction in occupancy or average daily rate, and continued support from group companies. To address this, the Ultimate Parent has issued a formal letter of comfort confirming its intention to provide financial support to the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the audited financial statements. This includes not demanding repayment of existing balances unless alternative financing is secured and making further funds available as required to meet the company's obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
