“The directors have prepared a detailed cash flow forecast covering the period through to September 2026 and, based on this, expect the company to maintain adequate cash reserves throughout the going concern assessment period. This forecast assumes stable trading conditions, no significant reduction in occupancy or average daily rate, and continued support from group companies. To address this, the Ultimate Parent has issued a formal letter of comfort confirming its intention to provide financial support to the company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the audited financial statements. This includes not demanding repayment of existing balances unless alternative financing is secured and making further funds available as required to meet the company's obligations as they fall due. Accordingly, the directors believe that it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “In April 2024, three loans totalling to £ 5,850,000 were consolidated together with accrued interests in to a single loan of £ 5,966,919 to mature on 31 March 2027. Further £2.4 m loan was provided to the business in Dec 2024, followed with another loan of £2.6m in March 2025.”
- “The company received in 2021 EUR 2m funding from Bulgari S.p.A. (to be repaid as GBP 2m) to fund the refresh works in the guest rooms, suites, corridors and The Bvlgari Lounge starting in 2021. As of 31 December 2024, in total £847k of the funding was repaid to Bulgari S.p.A. in line with the first amendment to the hotel licence agreement.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
