“In reviewing FOM as a going concern, the Trustees have considered operations, income, expenditure and future cash flow of the charity, including areas where there may be uncertainty or delays in future receipts of income, and have considered potential mitigations. Budgets and a cash flow forecast have been prepared through to June 2026, and sensitivity analysis performed on key assumptions. The financial forecasting indicates that the cash reserves are adequate to meet the charity's obligations as they fall due. Trustees remain of the opinion that there are no material uncertainties, that the going concern assumption remains appropriate, and that the financial statements can continue to be prepared on this basis.”
