Material uncertainty over going concern
The Company is dependent on the continued financial support of a parent company, Foundever Group SA, which itself is dependent on the ongoing availability of its revolving credit facility ("RCF"). The RCF is due to expire within the Company's going concern assessment period and its renewal is not yet contractually agreed. These conditions, along with the other matters explained in note 3 to the financial statements, indicate the existence of a material uncertainty which may cast significant doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern. The financial statements do not include the adjustments that would arise if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.
