“The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Partnerships have adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future, and for a period of 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. In the unlikely event that the Partnerships don't have sufficient resources to meet obligations and commitments as they fall due the Partnerships' ultimate parent, Norges Bank, will procure the necessary financial support to the Partnerships through a loan facility agreement during this 12-month period.”
