“At 31 December 2024, the Company had net current assets of £1,258k (2023 - £3,458k), an overall net asset position of £16,357k (2023 - £17,454k) and made a loss for the year of £1,097k (2023 - £1,201k). A cash flow forecast has been prepared which assumes an improvement in trading. The interest rate on the majority portion of the Company's bank loan is capped. The cash flow forecast demonstrates that the Company is expected to have sufficient cash flows to meet its operating commitments over a period of at least twelve months from the approval of these financial statements. These financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis and do not include any adjustments that would arise if the Company were unable to continue as a going concern.”
