  The directors acknowledge that the following relevant events or conditions represents a material uncertainty which casts doubt on the Company's ability to continue to as a going concern, and the Company's ability to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business: that the company incurred a loss after taxation during the financial year totalling £15,352 and had net current liabilities of £1,699,701 and net liabilities of £1,699,701 as at the financial year-end date; one of the company's shareholders Roadbridge Limited entered into liquidation in 2022 and is no longer in a position to provide support and; the extent and likelihood of support from the remaining shareholder John Sisk & Son (Holdings) Limited (100% subsidiary of Sicon Limited).
