Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis, which the directors believe to be appropriate. As discussed in the Strategic report, the impact of current global economic and political conditions is not expected to be significant for 2025. The directors have also considered a detailed positive cash-flow forecast of the Company's wholly owned subsidiary, which has sufficient available cash and distributable reserves to enable payment of a dividend to the Company, should the directors feel that is necessary. Thus the directors have decided to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-28 vs 2023-12-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
