“After making appropriate enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Trust has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Trust and its Central Team continues to grow which enables it to support its schools during difficult times and ensure our schools suffer only minimal detriment throughout such situations. For this reason the Trust continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
