  We draw attention to note 1.2 in the financial statements, which indicates that the Governors may need to transfer operations into a multi academy trust and are minded, once that transfer is complete, Sandwich Technology School may cease as a Trust. The Trust will remain in operational existence until a decision is made. As stated in note 1.2, these events or conditions, along with the other matters as set forth in note 1.2, indicate, that a material uncertainty exists that may cast significant doubt on the Academy Trust's ability to continue as a going concern.
