“Based on their assessment, the directors intend to take on some minor external financing to provide support during the summer months of 2025. Additionally, the ultimate parent company, Imagica Group Inc. have informed the directors that financial support would be made available if required should management forecasts prove to be unattainable due to any unforeseen events and circumstances.”
Significant events
- “In 2024, the global box office saw a decrease, reaching approximately $32.3 billion, a 3% drop from 2023's $33.9 billion. This decline followed three years of recovery from the pandemic low in 2020. However, the writers strike that took place from May to September of 2023 and then the actors's strike from July to November 2023 created long-tail knock on impacts that heavily affected production, publicity and marketing in the first half of 2024. These dual strikes meant the studios had to move their slates around and reschedule releases from 2024 to 2025.”
- “The business has started 2025 with a challenging Q1. The wildfires in LA caused issues in January in particular...”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
