“The directors have prepared detailed cash flow forecasts which are based on their current expectations of trading as a combined business with the Beneficium Bidco group (the "Vivup" brand), following the transfer of trade and assets from Perkbox Limited to SME HCI Limited. The directors are confident having reviewed the forecasts and received confirmation of support from Beneficum Bidco Limited that the group and company will be able to meet their liabilities as they fall due for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements.”
