“The Trustees assess whether the use of the going concern basis of accounting is appropriate, i.e. whether there are any material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the charitable company to continue as a going concern. Based on cash flow forecasts prepared, the Board of Trustees have a reasonable expectation that the academy trust has the resources to adequately operate for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
