- Affirmed
“The director considers that the Group has sufficient liquid resources and ongoing contracts for the provision of investment advisory services, which are expected to continue for the foreseeable future. It is envisaged that the assets of the clients to which the Group provides services will be maintained at such a level that the related fee income will continue to exceed costs for the foreseeable future and at least during the next twelve months. The Group's investment advisory contracts are long term and investment in the funds to which the contracts relate cannot be withdrawn in the short or medium term. The director has concluded that there are no material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt about the Group's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly, the financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
