“The Directors have concluded that it is reasonable to expect that at the Group level (headed by Greenergy Group Limited), including at Company level, it will continue to have sufficient resources to continue in operation for the going concern period, that being a period of at least 12 months from the date the financial statements are authorised for issue. It is for this reason that these financial statements have therefore been prepared on the going concern basis. In addition, the Group's parent company, Trafigura, has committed to make available financial support to the Group and the Company, for at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. The Directors have considered Trafigura's access to capital, global banking relationships, financial performance, including liquidity and cash reserves, and are comfortable that it has the ability and intention to provide such support if required. After considering the above factors, including the commitment of financial support from the parent company and the Group's base forecasts and downside scenariosAfter considering the above factors, including the Group's base forecasts and downside scenarios, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has sufficient resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, and the Directors have not identified any material uncertainties to disclose.”
