“In light of known and likely future market opportunities, the directors believe that the ongoing prospects for the NCC remain positive. The parent, University of Bristol, has confirmed that it will continue to provide the Company with financial support, as necessary, to enable the Company to meet its liabilities as and when they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of signing this report and the financial statements. The University of Bristol has been informed that NCC will require continued funding and receive cashflow forecasts from NCC on demand to monitor the level of this requirement. For this reason, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of these financial statements.”
