  We believe that there is a material uncertainty over the sustainability of the charity. The charity will continue to face challenging cashflow issues over the next 12 months. However, the charity will hold a level of reserves which will allow it to continue in operation for at least 12 months from the signing date of the 2024 annual report and accounts and consider it appropriate to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.
