- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Although the company's balance sheet reflects net liabilities, this is primarily caused by the break costs associated with refinancing of debt in 2018 to a fixed bond similar in value to the previous debt and derivative combined. Having reviewed the company's projected profits and cash flows by reference to a financial model, that includes the impact of the refinancing, the Directors consider that the company will be able to settle its debts as they fall due and accordingly the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “During the year the Company entered into a Standstill Agreement with the Construction Contractor and Guarantor. The Standstill Agreement provides additional time for the parties to continue their discussions and investigations around potential building remedials. The parties continue to work together in partnership. Should any building remedials be required, it is expected that any costs shall be borne by the Company's supply chain and it is not expected that the Company will incur any additional costs as a result of the Standstill Agreement.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
