“The Company received dividend payments from its subsidiaries of £2,405,000 for the year (2024: £1,280,000) and generated a profit after tax of £2,016,000 (2024: £831,000). Resulting from the dividend payments the Company receives, the Company reports a net asset position of £10,152,000 (2024: £8,136,000) and Short-term deposits and cash amount of £38,000 (2024: £736,000) as at 31 March 2025. The Company incurs minimal operating expenses. Accordingly, due to the self-sufficiency of the Company, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
