“For the purposes of their assessment of going concern, the directors have considered the period to 30 September 2026. It is forecast that the Company will continue to trade as normal, it will be in a net current asset position with sufficient cash to meet its longer term obligations, including our debt obligations. Whilst the Strategic Partnering Agreement will come to an end in 2025 there is no plan to wind up the company as it will continue to provide subordinated debt to its subsidiary undertaking Somerset Schools 1 (Holdings) Limited. As a result, the Company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
