“The directors have prepared detailed cashflow forecasts extending for a period through to March 2028 making certain prudent assumptions concerning the level of demand for its products and raw material prices. The forecasts demonstrate that the Group will be able to continue to operate within its available credit facilities for a period of at least 12 months from the date of this report. As a consequence, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Group has adequate resources to continue in business for the foreseeable future and thus they continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
