- Affirmed
“The Directors have prepared the financial statements on the going concern basis as they do not intend to liquidate the Company or to cease its operations, and as they have concluded that the Company's financial position means that this is realistic. They have also concluded that there are no material uncertainties that could have cast significant doubt over its ability to continue as a going concern for at least a year from the date of approval of the financial statements ("the going concern period").”
Significant events
- “The profit for the financial year attributable to the Company's shareholder after deduction of all charges and the provision of taxation amounted to £4,717,000 (2023: £2,543,000).”
- “The Directors expect the Company's activities to continue on a similar basis in the foreseeable future.”
- “The principal decisions made by the Directors during the year included the review and approval of the Company's annual Modern Slavery Act Statement for adoption by the Company.”
- “An increase in the UK corporation rate from 19% to 25% (effective 1 April 2023) was substantively enacted on 24 May 2021. This increased the Company's current tax charge accordingly.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
