  Material uncertainty over going concern

  It is the present intention of the Directors that the Company will cease to trade become dormant following the transfer of matters to Irwin Mitchell LLP, the successor practice, during the year. On this basis, the Company is not considered to be a going concern and these financial statements have been prepared on a basis other than going concern. There is no difference in these financial statements as a result of the departure from the going concern basis.
