- Going concern
- Affirmed
“Notwithstanding that these forecasts indicate a return to profitability and future financial stability, there is a risk that the impact of the current global economic situation and uncertainty over the economic outlook on the company's market could be more significant than can currently be anticipated, however the directors have concluded that these circumstances do not represent a material uncertainty which could cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. This is based upon the continued financial support from the wider group, whose directors have confirmed that they will enable the entity to meet its financial commitments and will not recall any intercompany positions for a period of at least 12 months from the signing of these financial statements if that would mean that the company would not have sufficient cash to operate.”
Significant events
- “Trading conditions remained challenging throughout the year. The strategic decision to exit the loss-making NHB business in the fourth quarter of 2023 impacted sales performance in 2024.”
- “A revision of sales pricing structures and a targeted sales price increase in May 2024 helped to improve overall gross margin.”
- “In January 2024, the company initiated a structured programme to improve its underlying cost base and optimise operational processes.”
- “There have been no post balance sheet events.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
