“The directors have considered the ability of the company to continue as a going concern for a period of at least two years from the date of approval of these financial statements. In doing so they have considered a growth scenario, a level turnover scenario, and a reduction in turnover of 15% and have devised actions that they would take in each scenario. In each scenario the Directors are confident that the business will generate a positive cashflow. On this basis, the directors have concluded that it is appropriate for these financial statements to be prepared on a going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “A major project was successfully undertaken during the year in bringing the warehousing operation back from being managed by a third party, utilising spare space made available in the manufacturing unit following the move of several manufacturing processes into different parts of the factory. This project involved a capital spend of £150k, with other costs of £50k and created six new warehousing jobs at the Bridgnorth site.”
- “In the last quarter of the year, Steve Huntly (Managing Director) left the business. This triggered the business to review its cost base and operational setup. In the first quarter of 2025, a restructuring project was undertaken resulting in several jobs losses across the business and some new processes being introduced.”
- “We continue to innovate and develop new products which should be ready for launch in late 2025 / early 2026.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. The comparison is only shown when the latest and prior accounts cover broadly equal-length periods — short or long stubs (typical around incorporation or a year-end change) are suppressed rather than misrepresented. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
