“The Directors have prepared financial forecasts comprising profit & loss, balance sheet and cashflows through to 30 September 2026 and these show that the Company, and subsidiary undertakings, will generate sufficient cash to repay its third-party liabilities as they fall due. As a result, the Directors consider the Company will be a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of the financial statements and have therefore prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
