“Based on reasonable sensitivities applied to the Company's forecasts, the board have concluded that the Company and Products Division will be able to continue to operate within existing facilities for the foreseeable future and have not identified a material uncertainty in this regard. If required, the company has the flexibility and headroom to react to unforeseen market challenges via inventory management, product pricing and cost control. On this basis, the going concern basis has been applied in preparing these financial statements.”
